Start with your chosen service.
A visitor selects Registration and receives A-001. Registration staff call that number to a counter. The display shows the number and destination.
Online queue software
Antrean connects ticket collection, counter calls, and displays. Follow one complete journey before choosing the equipment you need.

Your queue number
A-001RegistrationKeep this number.A visitor selects Registration and receives A-001. Registration staff call that number to a counter. The display shows the number and destination.
Keep the reservation code for the listed service and date. On arrival, exchange the code for a queue number. The simulation uses today's date in Jakarta time; a reservation code is not yet a queue number.
In the simulation, a transfer from Registration to Follow-up Service creates a new number. The original number remains linked in the history, and the destination queue position follows the transfer time.
Equipment you already have
Software-only deployment can be discussed if your location already has equipment. Network, browser, printer, and audio compatibility still need to be checked.
Services, active counters, and reservation rules need to be agreed before use. An equipment name alone does not establish that every integration will work.
Plan your hardware needsThe demo uses the existing Antrean application workflow. Reservations require a test account and Wecall requires a staff PIN. Use fictional data; printing and audio depend on the installation's equipment and configuration.
Next step
Take a ticket as a visitor, call it as a staff member, then check the display.
