About Antrean

Build from steps
that can be
checked.

A number is issued, a call is visible, and the visitor knows where to go. These are the basics for assessing an Antrean workflow.

Antrean has a core application for tickets, reservations, calls, and displays. This redesign aims to make the experience easier for visitors and staff to understand.

The application can be discussed on its own or with supporting hardware. Free online licences are available exclusively for nonprofit organisations, such as community health centres.

Infrastructure packages, from kiosks to queue displays, are a deployment option. Component and work details still follow your requirements and the written quotation.

Development is assessed through working journeys and issues found during testing. This site does not claim time savings, user counts, or customer organisations without evidence.

The demo uses the existing Antrean application. Interface examples, illustrations, and sample data are labelled so they are not mistaken for deployment documentation.

Working principles

01

Explain the next step.

Every status should help someone take action.

02

Separate promises from evidence.

Features, illustrations, and measurements have different foundations.

03

Write down the scope.

Licensing, hardware, installation, and support should be understandable separately.

Start with the way your service works.

Tell us about your services, the equipment you have, and what you need to prepare.
