An explanation of forms on antrean.com and use of demo.antrean.com.
Language and approximate country
On Indonesian pages, the server uses your connection IP address and a local DB-IP country database to suggest English for visitors outside Indonesia. Your IP is not sent to a geolocation provider. If the country cannot be determined, browser language is used as a fallback. IP location can be inaccurate, for example when using a VPN.
The ID / EN switch always lets you choose. A functional cookie named antrean_language remembers that choice for 180 days, only on antrean.com. It contains a language code, not a visitor identifier. A temporary country-based language result may be cached in session storage for 30 minutes. English links remain directly accessible; with JavaScript disabled, use the language switch. No location permission is requested.
Requirements forms on the main site
The contact, nonprofit licence, and hardware planner forms process entries in your browser to create drafts. These forms do not send messages, licence applications, or entries to Antrean.
A draft becomes a file on your device when you download it. Review it before sharing. The form code does not save entries to a database or browser storage; your browser may have its own autofill features.
Accounts and reservations in the demo
The demo uses the existing Antrean application. Login, account registration, reservations, ticket collection, and calls communicate with the application server. Submitted data may be stored in the application database, unlike the draft forms on the main site.
Account registration asks for an email, password, Indonesian identity number (NIK), name, address, and phone number. Use dedicated test accounts and fictional data. Do not use real visitor identities or passwords used on other services. Staff access uses a counter PIN; administrator access remains restricted.
Sessions and test data
The application uses sessions to maintain login status and validate forms. Hospital, Community Health, and Tax Office demos store tickets and calls in their own category data, separate from the Bank. Each category is shared by all demo visitors; there is no private browser workspace or personal reset. The three new demos do not request identities, accounts, or reservations, and do not operate a printer. Closing a tab does not automatically remove accounts, reservations, or transactions already recorded on the server. Data retention periods and deletion procedures have not yet been confirmed.
Assets and network requests
Marketing pages use assets from the Antrean domain and system fonts. The demo retains its existing assets and integrations, including fonts or libraries from external providers. Printing and audio follow the equipment configured in the application.
The web server may log IP addresses, page paths, and technical request information. Log retention has not yet been confirmed. Main-site draft forms do not include draft content in page requests.
Sharing information
Downloaded drafts are not automatically forwarded to anyone. Avoid sharing reservation codes, detail links, or test account data unnecessarily. Use fictional data when testing the application so personal information is not recorded.
